Your key responsibilities

    • Identify, create, and implement video advertising solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our advertisers
    • Drive on boarding for assigned clients across video, display, native, custom solutions, etc.
    • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing partnerships
    • Dedicated PoC between the client/agency and internal teams (design, product, AdOps, etc) to ensure meeting client objectives to demonstrate success.
    • Conduct regular-business-reviews with identified clients to develop partnerships, drive advertiser agenda and discover opportunities for the client
    • Take timely client feedback on campaign performance and ensure on customer satisfaction is at highest level
    • Recommend future campaigns basis client objectives and campaign insights
    • Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers campaign performance
    • Work on / assist new media plans across all ad formats – video, display, native
    • Brainstorm with tech, sales, development, marketing and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance

What to bring

    • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a digital / media agency, with experience in digital media-planning and account based selling
    • Comfort with concepts like targeting, reach, frequency on the digital forum
    • Penchant to work in a fast growing digital business
    • Working knowledge of different ad and analytics platforms such as AdWords, DFP, Video ad servers, Facebook ads, Google Analytics, Comscore etc would be a plus
    • Ability to assimilate data quickly in a narrative form, and deep-dive into it to test various scenarios and hypotheses from various points of view (POV of Media planners, brand and agency)
    • Self-starter; we need someone who can align to a shared vision for the team and business, and a hard-working team-player who can work across the organization with a lot of enthusiasm, mutual respect and focus
    • MBA from a leading institute with an extremely sound ability to hold conversations independently with clients and stakeholders
