Ideal candidate must bring a very sound mindset of of defining systems and processes, strong data-driven approach, knack of working across teams and an above average comfort in working in highly paced setup while maintaining quality output.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the analytics tools and databases to deliver custom analyses for business
- Periodic & Adhoc MIS reporting to various business teams
- Articulate insights in crisp and understandable format to various internal and external stakeholders for ease of comprehension and use
- Synthesizing data from various sources to answer custom emerging business questions
- Work closely with other Product/ Engineering teams to automate and improve the quality of reports and solving problems through data and automation
What to Bring:
- Strong SQL, Excel and Data Analysis expertise to access and transform data into insights.
- Good to have hands-on experience on at least one data visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Mixpanel).
- Bringing in advanced analytics skills with database management knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand processes quickly and develop ways to improve / enhance efficiency
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and convert data into business insights
- Customer focused, ability to multitask, confident & resilient
- Incredibly strong team player, always willing to take up new things and do more
