8. Hotstar Pay – Partnerships
We are building our Partnerships team to accelerate Hotstar Pay business growth & improve consumer experience. We are looking to hire a person to drive day to day partnerships operations.
Support innovative & high impact long-term partnerships which accelerate business growth & improve consumer experience Navigate internal & external stakeholders to execute select partnerships.
Drive key process like creating business case, closure of contracts, tracking performance and financial reconciliation
How a typical work day will look like: Liaising with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Finance and Commercial in closing contractual requirements with partners
Managing the marketing charter with the Partner.
Work with Hotstar Brand and Marketing team designing and executing marketing collaterals.
Work with Finance and Analytics team in facilitating reconciliation and raising invoice for the partners.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in consumer Internet preferably in e-commerce, OTT industry
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning
Strong problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure problems and develop solutions
Strong people/ Stakeholder management.
This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization including marketing, legal, tech and content.
Excellent process manager with attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills
