We are seeking a talented and passionate data analyst to help drive innovation in performance optimization. This is a high-impact position where your analytical insights, data skills and algorithms built will have a direct impact on revenue. You are scrappy, focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive results and the improve efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

    • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our ads and app overall
    • Building key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis, identifying new levers to help move key metrics
    • Iterate on results from A/B tests to push innovation forward
    • Build and improve machine learning models used in production
    • Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products
    • Automate common data science workflows

What to bring

    • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science with 1-4 years of experience
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Good Programming skills in Python, Java or Scala
    • Experience with distributed analytic processing technologies (Hive, Pig, Presto, Spark)
    • Ability to work independently and drive your own projects
    • Good statistical knowledge and intuition - A/B testing or other experimentation settings, regression, classification algorithms
