As the agency lead you work with the senior most agency leaders to position Hotstar as a key strategic partner for their client’s business. This requires understanding the unique strategic proposition that the agency offers to its clients and being able to craft a Hotstar narrative for the same. You need to be a thought leader who clearly lays down a long-term vision of partnership with the agency and can move business across agency levels and stakeholders. As an evangelist, you need to create demand for the Hotstar product with innovation and new thinking and ensure adoption across the agency client portfolio. 

Your key responsibilities

    • Carries the business target for your set of agencies

    • Deliver Business growth as per aligned targets
    • Joint Business Planning across OpCos / Businesses with an agreed partnership vision
    • Quarterly reviews with the senior most Agency Leadership
    • Monthly reviews with key Agency stakeholders
    • Build relations with key decision makers to enable efficiency in closing conversations

    • Hotstar Evangelist

    • Is able to drive innovation and charter new paths leveraging Hotstar offerings
    • Is able to identity macro opportunities and address it with 3P researches, internal data to create compelling case for Hotstar
    • Is able to input with insights from clients/agencies to shape internal content and ad:tech agenda
    • Is able to participate in industry events and shape the Hotstar narrative in public platforms
