Hotstar partners with hundreds of advertisers to grow their brand & business. Our ambition is to scale this up to 10,000+ and then 100,000+. What got us here won’t take us there. We are building a tech and data-driven self-serve engine that will help businesses of all sizes reach audiences with hotstar. The SMB Sales Strategy team will develop GTM and build infrastructure and processes to power this growth. We will put in building blocks to dramatically scale up our platform.
Sales Operations Analytics: You will drive analytics to track business performance and provide decision making inputs for marketing and customer lifecycle management. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams for various initiatives including product and ad-tech, sales, sales operations, measurement and more.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive revenue analytics for the SMB business
- Market intelligence, opportunity sizing and competition assessment across digital, TV and Print
- Customer analytics across the customer acquisition funnel from reach & acquisition to conversion and retention
- Regular reporting of key metrics and data to the team for tracking business health, market intelligence and driving decision making
What to bring
- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in analytics & knowledge of digital advertising landscape across video, search and social.
- Ability to work with diverse data sets and put together a big picture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment; with the discipline to drive an iterative, data-driven approach
- Analytical acumen paired with agile, entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude
