Your key responsibilities

    • Work closely with the top Ad Agencies in the country to help them measure the impact of Hotstar advertising & marketing strategies. Build a structured Measurement Agenda that helps answer key measurement questions
    • Lead in-depth advertising agency/client interactions grounded in marketing analytics and measurement, leveraging a combination of internal Hotstar and external data analysis tools
    • Act as a regional expert on our products for brand measurement solution for video advertising; provide deep product expertise to country revenue teams so that they can provide branding solutions
    •  Launch commercialization; manage branding product launches/changes/betas in the region to ensure all dimensions of the product’s commercialization are fully operational, while working with a cross-functional team
    •  Enable deep integration of Hotstar brand measurement tools within agency planning/strategy tools
    •  Gather regional sales feedback, identify brand sales issues and product gaps, conduct necessary analytics, prioritize and communicate to global video team and product managers as they develop the future product roadmap. Pitch large joint business plans, annual agreements and video incentive programs with large customers and their agencies

What to bring

    • 12+ years of relevant experience, brand/media/marketing measurement combined with hands on data analytics experience
    • Good understanding of traditional and digital brand advertising and familiarity with marketing strategies, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques such as survey-based Brand measurement, Cross Media, Market Mix Models etc. Any Media planning and optimization experience would be preferable
    • Familiarity with survey research methods and considerations
    • Strong presentation and communication skills and experience presenting to clients and stakeholders. At ease working in multicultural, cross-functional teams
    • Experience with TV measurement tools
    • Experience working with international brands, brand marketing, brand strategy and media planning
