As a National Sales Director, you work with our largest customers and market influencers to establish long term visions for advertisers and partners across the industry. Within the industry, you will be the primary advocate of Hotstar – developing and executing a Go to Market plan that will lead us to meet our clients’ objectives and our revenue targets. You'll be responsible for Hotstar’s India industry sector impact through strategic analysis, business planning, senior client management and execution of key initiatives. You are a sales-oriented professional with a drive for business development and the ability to deliver impact.
You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team to meet their goals. You will use an analytical approach to Sales management. You will develop and grow some of the largest businesses in India through a customized account management approach

Your key responsibilities:

    • Develop and drive a GTM plan include research, develop case studies, public speaking opportunities that are relevant to the industry
    • Own the corporate relationships and business target for key advertisers across the industry
    • Lead and motivate the team by setting clear and prioritized goals to drive business growth
    • Create and manage sales goals for your sales team by using transparent, clear and measurable objectives
    • Develop scalable solutions for clients to optimize their usage of Hotstar products
    • Map, develop and grow the key decision makers and influencers across your industry vertical
    • Develop strategic plans, and prepare and conduct growth presentations basis the trend analysis and client performance

What to bring:

    • Preferred Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 12-15 years of combined experience in advertising/marketing, brand management and/or advertising sales with Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem
    • 5+ Brand Management experience ideally across consumer facing industries and one other and 5+ years’ experience running sales in an industry
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience working in a foreign, multinational, highly matrixed organization
    • Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment, with an instinct for revenue-generating activities
    • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams in order to achieve strategic goals
    • Experience in relationship building and business development with C-level executives
    • Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations
