ABOUT THE TEAM

Your key goal is to increase the watch time and subscriptions and keep the audience engaged through the creation of compelling and unconventional content. The team has expertise in brand-related visual communication for shows, promos, products; master brands. You’ll be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of a communication design plan to engage the best of world-class entertainment to draw in billions, from first-time users to long-term consumers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own ideation, conceptualization, and creation of designs to help drive discovery and marketing campaigns by bringing visual ideas to life leveraging the brand voice and tone to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner
    • Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, challenges, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into brand experiences that meet measurable business goals and stickiness with on-platform audiences
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver graphics, consistent with the branding of the property
    • Assess the workflow of the team and provide support with constant feedback
    • Keep up to date with the developments in the digital space/ design to gain early insights

WHAT TO BRING

    • Ideation and execution for a strong identity and visual branding
    • Has a strong sense of contemporary design layout, colors, and typography
    • Minimum 10-12 years experience in total with at least 3-4 years experience in visual branding, identity, packaging, and creation of design guidelines, Print ads, and digital campaigns
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent from a premier design school and advertising agency background
    • Strong understanding of Digital Performance marketing and Print media
    • Demonstrated experience in Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Understanding of the digital space and different genres: in terms of Sports, Shows, Movies
    • Innovative, detail oriented, and experience to lead teams
    • Design sensibility of the regional market is a plus
    • Motion design experience is a plus
