This role operates on a hybrid schedule and will require on-site work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA, three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for new and emerging brands across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Partner with internal teams (i.e., creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and social) to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand voice.
- Attend meetings and liaise with internal/external partners to manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables for assigned brands.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and campaign toolkits for emerging brands.
- Coordinate asset requests, photo/video shoots, and creative approvals.
- Support social media content planning and partner with internal/external teams to increase emerging business brand awareness.
- Work with internal and emerging brand partners to gather and distribute campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, sales lift, traffic, ROI, and dashboards) to appropriate stakeholders.
- Share observations from campaign tracking to help inform future planning.
- Serve as primary liaison between the marketing team and merchant partners for emerging brands to track progress and ensure tasks are completed.
- Support collaboration with external partners, agencies, and licensors to execute emerging brand marketing events or social activations. Ensure follow-through on key pieces such as contract signatures, scheduling, brand assets, and social media content. For local events, attend on-site to support vendor coordination.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail coordination (internships included).
- Experience with project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront)
$20 - $25 an hour
