Use data analytics to improve current and future technological platforms for real estate data analytics company.

    • Become a subject matter expert on all of our consumer behavior data sources and pipelines.
    • Own product analytics and provide insightful business reporting to the company
    • Use quantitative analysis to unearth data-driven insights and drive decision making.
    • Lead teams for A/B testing
    • Craft compelling narratives, stories and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external customers
    • Synthesize complex analyses into concise summaries with actionable recommendations related to new features and products
    • Partner closely with our Product, Sales/Customer Success and Finance teams to influence planning and improve sales conversations.
    • Document, maintain, and extend analytics for our core products and platforms.
    • Create data visualizations and dashboards to help the team remain focused on our most important KPIs.
    • Build and lead data analytics team

Education Requirements: MBA with some Data Analytics coursework and two years of experience in:

    • SQL for analyzing large data sets in real estate or ecommerce
    • Leading cross-functional teams for A/B testing
    • Building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Quicksight
    • Implementing new successful features based on results
