Hoxhunt was founded in 2016 by four visionaries. Today we are a team of over 90 amazing people and a scale-up company with locations in San Francisco, California, Helsinki, Finland and London, United Kingdom.

Our People Team is looking for a new team member, a Talent Acquisition Manager, to strengthen our hiring capabilities and help us grow from the ~100 employees we are now!

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be joining a Talent Acquisition team which is rebuilding itself and looking to scale to be able to support future growth. Currently the team consists of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager Emmi and Head of People Jukka as well as external partners. We use Lever as our ATS and a lot of foundational work has already been done so this role focuses mostly to our growth. Also, our Hiring Managers are really proactive with hiring, which makes TA's job a tad easier. Our goal is to provide necessary hiring support to enable our teams to grow during 2022 and beyond.

As a team we have a big challenge on our hands which will enable us to develop professionally and eventually become even more experienced specialists in international high growth talent acquisition. We don't have all the answers yet and we will be making a lot of mistakes during our journey, but that's what learning is all about. In addition to innovating ourselves, we are constantly looking out for new tools and ways of working from industry benchmarks. As a team and company we want to support each individual's growth by encouraging constant communication of hopes, dreams, fears and expectations, and an outcomes-focused assessment of performance.     • Full ownership of hiring processes and activities from start to finish which will follow the hiring plan. These will include recruitment to all Hoxhunt's functions
    • Work closely with Hiring Managers/Teams to drive recruitment and support the candidate closing
    • Support Hiring Managers in offer negotiation and ensure smooth transition to contract signing
    • Manage incoming recruitment referrals with our referral process
    • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels for positions that will require outreach
    • Create recruitment and technology industry events / Employer Branding / inclusivity (DEI) activities and projects inside and outside Hoxhunt
    • Provide initial candidate screening and high-level evaluation of skills, experience and motivation
    • Build knowledge and understanding of the talent market through data and candidate network building
    • Manage recruiting partners and consultants (in the United States, United Kingdom, EMEA)
    • Future opportunities - transfer towards commercial or technology hires, lead your own Talent Acquisition team

These skills and experience will help you succeed

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition / recruiting for technology roles
    • Experience in a 360 role including sourcing, interviewing, pipeline management, supporting decision making
    • Outbound specific hiring experience: prospecting, outreach, being the first point of contact
    • Supporting growth planning with hiring managers
    • Knowledge of modern hiring tools and ways of working
    • Full working proficiency in English (our company language)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
