Account Executive Job Summary & Mission.
Shujinko is an early-stage venture-backed startup founded by cloud security veterans who have lived the pain of security and compliance for 10+ years together. We are on a mission to change the way work is done in the cloud. To achieve our goal, we are adamant about listening to our customers' needs and working diligently to solve their pain. Our Account Executives are highly motivated self-starters, passionate for closing new business. They should have a strong ownership and entrepreneurial attitude and are response for owning the entire sales process.
A successful Account Executive at Shujinko is coachable, receptive to feedback, has a willingness to learn and embrace constant improvement. Strong interpersonal skills, strong technical aptitude, a a high attention to detail and a natural ability to convey and relate to ideas to others are required for this role. In this high-energy role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota driven environment and be flexible with changing processes.
