As our Director of Success, you are the customers' champion and will be responsible for ensuring the Human API platform is easily understood, seamlessly deployed, well supported, and loved by everyone it reaches.

You'll own:

    • Our customer success initiatives from end-to-end -- strategy, execution, budget, and metrics
    • Deeply understanding our customers' goals and helping them create a plan to accomplish them
    • Inspiring people the think BIG about the next generation of healthcare and how their product can be part of it
    • The tooling and documentation required to make Human API's technology and platform easy to understand
    • Providing feedback to the rest of the organization from your front line view

You probably have:

    • Several years experience in product, technical, and success roles
    • Worked with technical teams and business stakeholders to manage complex software deployments
    • Technical skill set needed to understand how the Human API platform works
    • Hired and managed a multi functional team
