Director of Demand Generation

We are looking for talent who are equally inspired by these big ideas and have the grit and determination to make them come to life.
We're looking for a Demand Generation leader. This person should have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment, while collaborating closely with product marketing, sales, SDRs, and external agencies and vendors. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth.
What you'll do
- Own our outbound marketing initiatives from end-to-end -- strategy, execution, budget, and metrics
- Establishing Human API as a leader in health data exchange. Partnering with Product Marketing, you will shape our brand, story, and positioning within the market
- Launch segmented, personalized Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Create lead magnets for use across key channels: web, social, email
- Build a regular cadence of blog posts with embedded lead magnets
- Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) research and optimize the website
- Automate targeted email marketing campaigns in Hubspot
- Support production of webinars and events
- Collaborate with other functional groups (Product Marketing and Sales) to support demand generation goals
- Report performance against set KPIs
- Put the human first, always and embody our core values
- 5+ years experience of demand generation / digital marketing experience, with at least 3 of those years having led and built the function
- Previous experience generating successful ABM campaigns
- A deeply analytical mind that approaches goals with metrics in mind
- A strong content background and great storytelling skills
- A blend of analytical and creative skills
- You've been part of a successful team and you are someone who could grow to run a cohesive marketing team that owns and executes a marketing strategy end-to-end for Human API

The national range for this position is between 130 and 170 OTE commensurate with experience and alignment,
