Engineering Program Manager - Hardware

What

    • Define, build and scale Hardware Program Management process for a growing team.
    • Build and lead a program management team to support hardware efforts across the company for current and future projects.
    • Build relationships with Humane's OEM partners, 3rd parties and external manufacturers.
    • Lead interdisciplinary discussions between HW, SW, ID, Product Management and external teams to define project requirements and build project schedule.
    • Work closely with the hardware engineering team throughout the product development life cycle - including factory support and build readiness from EVT to ramp.
    • Drive dependencies and identify and resolve risks in the manufacturing pipeline and overall hardware schedule.
    • Maintain tools and generate reports to keep entire team aware of project deliverables and overall schedule.
