We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using modern technologies like JavaScript, NodeJS, VueJS, MongoDB, and PostgresDB. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions that drive the success of our AI-driven influencer marketing platform.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop highly scalable, performance-oriented, and maintainable web applications using JavaScript, NodeJS, VueJS, MongoDB, and PostgresDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices in software development
Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code
Continuously improve existing applications by identifying areas for optimization and refactoring
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for your projects
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
Support and maintain production systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues as they arise
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and VueJS
Extensive experience with databases, including MongoDB or PostgresDB
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications
Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience with Git or other version control systems
