They need someone who can handle more than just basic debugging and instead can flex their coding muscles to create some seriously slick solutions.

Hiring process:

They're not interested in tricking you, but rather discovering your true talent and see if you can work on scalable solutions, that is why they will take 15min to explain you in a quick meeting what they are expecting from you for the "work-sample challenges"they will propose you.
- Then, you will have 3-4 days to do the challenge at home.
- Then, you will meet their CEO online.
