    • Team Leadership: Take the helm in the foundation and steerage of your RD team, reflecting the company’s vibrant growth. This stage calls for your comprehensive involvement.
    • Lead Cultivation and Appointment Setting: Your mandate is clear - generate high-quality leads with the primary objective of booking interviews for our dedicated account managers. This involves cold calling, leveraging LinkedIn, and employing email marketing tactics to secure these appointments.
    • Collaboration: Sync your endeavors with an account manager to guarantee a seamless transition of booked interviews and a congruent engagement strategy.
    • Operational Proficiency: Initially dictate the tempo and course, charting the path for the imminent RD squad.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • A robust track record in service sales and an impeccable flair for establishing and fostering premier leads.
    • Resolute with the prowess to sustain a hefty prospecting pipeline.
    • Systematic, driven, and equipped with a sharp insight into tech recruitment's nuances.
