Role Overview: 
Vision: With a proven track record of exceeding targets, you will define the process for business growth. You will help potential and existing clients to navigate the comprehensive challenges involved in embarking on complex experience design projects. 

Management: You will lead all aspects of growth at HUSH, orchestrating the various teams that contribute to business success. You will guide the internal business development team, outside sales partners, client engagement / account strategy efforts, as well as leverage communications and messaging teams for strategic new business opportunities. 

Sales: You will drive new clients and projects by matching a client’s needs with HUSH’s offerings. You will foster relationships with executive decision makers that achieve revenue goals. You will be an ambassador for the HUSH brand. You will identify new clients who value the full range of HUSH’s services. You will help existing clients understand and engage additional HUSH services.

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify audience types, develop outreach strategies, and mentor sales and account teams to create high value relationships
•Articulate our value proposition in compelling and clear ways that demonstrate our understanding of our client’s business, the audience and the marketplace
•Build and manage new relationship with key organizational decision-makers by determining their areas of need
•Drive the business development process from initial lead through deal closure
•Lead warm client conversations and presentations by setting the tone of our brand, controlling meeting flow, defining roles and responsibilities and teamwork
•Understand and anticipate client procurement process
•Build deal pipeline and manage departmental budget in line with financial forecasting
•Collaborate with Partners, EP, CD, TD (leadership team) to drive business growth
•Track and monitor ongoing leads in an organized, shareable fashion via our CRM

Evaluation: Semi-annual employee reviews to track progress across core responsibilities, professional and personal goals. Monthly evaluation of sales metrics against defined goals.

Requirements:
•15+ years in Strategy/BD/Sales for a creative services (or related) company; Ideal candidate also has marketing/strategy and/or consulting background 
•Deep experience motivating people and influencing cross-functional teams
•A proven track record of leading people to achieve strong financial performance and profitability through developing new business opportunities
•Analytical skills and ability to devise business strategies backed by quantitative data
•Strong, secure and confident communication and presentation skills
•Professional, tenacious and outgoing demeanor
•Ability to ask probing questions and brainstorm strategic ideas on the fly 
•Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects/deals, follow-up and execute
•An established network of contacts in senior positions at premier client organization
•A sincere interest/background in the arts, architecture, design, technology, etc.
•A B.S or B.A. degree; MBA a strong plus
