With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has a retail store in Hong Kong.
HBX Archives is the collection of pre-owned products curated by Hypbeast and HBX. It features an array of collectible, sought-after and considered items that hold significance within the cultural space or products that deserve a second life. We take pride in curating items that tell a story, as well as providing the best service to vendors so it’s a seamless experience from start to finish.
HBX Archives is looking for an intern to learn and help facilitate this rapidly growing area for the company. This internship has the possibility to develop into a long-term role.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming items from vendors which includes inspection, data entry into our systems and tagging.
- Research market pricing to suggest appropriate item values for vendors.
- Liaise with vendors for on-boarding deliveries, pricing and invoicing.
- Develop content for marketing materials on different social media platforms and email channel.
- Help curate releases that hold a themed point of view to cater to specific audiences.
- Find new vendors that can be on-boarded.
- Manage on-site maintenance.
- Manage social media channels.
Requirements:
- Passion for products with a good knowledge of culturally significant items.
- Understanding of pre-owned marketplaces and familiarity with how to research pricing.
- Attention to detail for all aspects including data entry and communication.
- Solid grasp of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to effectively manage multiply tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
