Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.
- Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
- Handle clients and vendors' financial and payment process.
- Set up meeting, prepare agenda, and take meeting minutes to eusure all parties are on the same page of project status.
Requirements:
- Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or relevant areas.
- Passionate to advertising and media industry.
- Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear and youth culture.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.
