We are looking for a passionate Experiential Producer to join our team in New York City. The role of the Experiential Producer will be to plan for, manage and oversee US and global experiential based campaigns across HYPEBEAST + HYPEBAE (branded content) and HYPEMAKER (creative agency). As an experiential producer, you will work across both HYPEBEAST and HYPEBAE projects bringing IRL concepts to life including but not limited to - pop ups, parties, retail experiences, panel discussions, community workshops and art installations. You will need a great network of vendors - creative partners, production companies, fabrication teams, etc. in order to pull together the best qualified teams for the project at hand. You will need to have a deep understanding of budgeting experiential events and scoping out potential concepts for the team - advising where adjustments should be made for the strongest outcome of the experience.

The Experiential Producer role will need to have a hardworking and collaborative attitude as the role will include cross-team communication internally and externally. You will be working closely with internal teams, external vendors and clients.  The Experiential Producer will report to the Executive Producer and work on the US creative production team to successfully execute campaigns. The Experiential Producer will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient process across all projects and upholding the HYPEBEAST and HYPEBAE brand across all creative.

What we’d like to see:

    • Event and experiential production experience with ambitious technical and hardware integrations
    • Proven track record for managing large campaigns from creative concepting to design drawing to fabrication 
    • Ability to lead teams of varying levels of production experience and knowledge from the inception of an idea to a detailed scope (agency fees), clearly and accurately defining project guidelines and risks
    • Excellent negotiation experience (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and partners

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain an organized system for administrative duties -  bids, invoicing, outreach, equipment, and third party vendor management
    • Create, manage and oversee timelines, budgets, production plans and talent/vendor contracts
    • Secure, vet, negotiate, manage talent, crew, locations, etc.
    • Work closely with the creative team to uphold the standards of the HYPEBEAST brand
    • Continually improve efficiency and enforce our production process
    • Ensure all productions are wrapped in a timely manner and within budget
    • Track project timelines and deadlines - ensuring creative team, account teams, clients and vendors are kept informed and workload is maintained at a manageable level 
    • Maintain a strong network of vendors to execute projects
    • Create innovative and smooth IRL experiences that build the HYPEBEAST community in a meaningful way

The ideal candidate is:

    • Informed - Up to date on fashion, music and the arts, as well as knowledgeable about HYPEBEAST culture
    • Creative - You are constantly assessing the needs of branded IRL experiences and can develop new and innovative ideas with the team to elevate all projects
    • Very Well Organized - Punctual and methodical, with a stellar memory, and with airtight organizational skills. You are the person the team will count on to be on top of everything. You will be expected to keep track of many projects at once without letting details slide through the cracks
    • Flexible - Humble and willing to tackle sometimes mundane but essential tasks with overall willingness to learn
    • Resourceful - The ability to secure talent, locations, and resources quickly. Can pivot and adapt to unforeseen circumstances that often arise. The expertise to foresee when outside resources are necessary
    • Autonomous - The ability to take direction, but needs a little management and oversight to get the job done
    • Goal-focused - The drive to complete tasks smoothly and efficiently
    • Positive/Charismatic - A people-person who knows how to get the best out of their team, while maintaining a great relationship with trusted vendors, creatives, and freelancers. Skilled at managing multiple parties involved with one project and keeping all players happy while maintaining the creative vision

Your performance will be determined by the happiness and ease of the clients as well as team members, the contentment of the Head of Production/EP, the ability to stay within budget and the overall quality and volume of the work executed. 
Requirements include 2+ years experience in content and/or agency production. Salary is determined by experience. 

The Experiential Producer role salary typically ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, plus discretionary bonus compensation. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
