    • Create, monitor and optimize sales campaigns
    • Execute campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and gate-keep key KPIs
    • Optimize strategy for sales content to exceed business goals
    • Analyze data, trends and insights to fully optimize all HYPEBEAST sales campaigns
    • Prepare and maintain regular traffic performance, sales, and site conversion reports
    • Seek new business opportunities to improve campaign performance through data minded strategies on pace with the latest industry developments
    • Regular industry and competitor research, translate research into workable insights
    • Data entry and maintenance of reports
    • Develop creative approaches to maximize return on campaigns


    • Bachelor’s Degree is required (Marketing, Business/Commerce, Communications preferred)
    • Relevant work experience in data analytics, engineering, digital marketing, business administration, project management, and/or media preferred
    • Exceptional workability of social marketing platforms and native backends such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
    • Experience in 3rd party analytics platforms such as Iconosquare
    • Experience in digital sales and campaign management
    • Intermediate understanding in Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, A/B testing, Content Marketing
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving and fast-paced environment
    • Passionate about data analytics and working in the content marketing space
    • Highly organized with an eye for detail
    • Strong time management skills
    • Practices common sense and logically sound in decision making

Preferred requirements

    • Past experience in a high-growth media company or digital agency
    • Basic knowledge in writing code
    • Experience with social media marketing in China (Wechat/Weibo/QQ)
