HYPEBEAST is going through a strong period of growth and therefore looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to identify, develop and manage a select client base across EMEA.
- Lead generation: cold calling and door opening
- Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative / strategic planning teams and pitch creative marketing strategies to clients
- Sell online & traditional advertising spaces across all of 101 Media Lab’s properties (HYPEBEAST/HYPEBAE/HYPETRAK)
- Manage advertising campaigns, build proposals and customize ideas for clients
- Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies
- Work closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end
- Proactively research and update yourself on new online marketing (sales) trends and ideas
- Achieve individual sales and business targets
- 4+ years of relevant work experience (account servicing, sales/PR experience particularly in fashion, publishing field or digital space)
- A good presenter to introduce complex web advertising ideas to clients
- Strong knowledge of developing client briefs into creative and innovative ideas to run across multiple platforms
- Strong negotiation & PR skills
- Experience of successful project management and relationships made with high-level clients
- Familiar with or maintained an active clientele in the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills over email and phone
- Able to work independently and effectively
- A go-getter and time-efficient individual
- Must be based in LONDON
- Fluent speaker in Spanish, German, Italian or French is advantageous
