HYPEMAKER is looking for a Creative who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what engages consumers. You will cooperate with the creative team to devise an overall concept. You will often work in partnership with our creative team to seek to influence changes in audience behaviour through ideas, creativity and the use of media, and to manage all aspects of graphic and motion design, also giving inputs of video editing.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute creative concepts for various platforms, both online and offline.
    • Able to solve problems with innovative solutions for websites, apps, digital activations, and other digital mediums.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in tone, aesthetic and messaging across all channels, and ensure all content is high-quality and on-brand.
    • Work closely with the team to understand campaign objectives and develop creative solutions that meet those objectives.
    • Develop and execute visual content for various platforms, including photography, video, and graphics.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion, culture, and lifestyle to ensure that all content is relevant and engaging.
    • Manage the execution of assets, typography, logos, icons and interfaces for multiple platforms.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    • Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.
    • Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest technology.

Requirements:

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative skills, including graphic design, photography, and video.
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or media industry.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Firm understanding of Hypebeast's aesthetics/ branding
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of the latest trends in fashion, culture, and lifestyle.
    • Know how to develop visual direction and concept for advertising campaign, and firm understanding of client’s needs.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Fluency in Cantonese and English.
