Responsibilities:

    • Support the larger company goals through PM of event activations, branded collaborations, and R&D business products
    • Support the Associate Director on behalf of the projects to ensure that company priorities are driven forward with urgency and are timely
    • Support the Associate Director on behalf of the project to make better decisions quickly by providing data and insights, creating frameworks, and outlining possible scenarios
    • Develop collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders, continually seek opportunities to increase internal/external client satisfaction and deepen relationships
    • Problem solve, coordinate, and drive cross-functional initiatives 
    • Help facilitate overall roadmap planning: cross-functional initiative into specific work streams, help teams define the scope, deliverables, schedules, and coordinate activation across multiple teams for multiple stakeholders
    • Assist in defining goals & KPIs early in each project and create systems to track those KPIs throughout
    • Assist in driving consistency across project methodologies and approaches and simultaneously manage multiple projects to completion
    • Proactively manage resource needs by driving conversations on current and upcoming needs with resource management and discipline leads
    • Work closely with the Clients, Finance, Account Management, Legal and Creative departments to ensure the weekly tracking and management of budgets, timelines and resourcing and flag any necessary changes in overall delivery to team members, and in some cases the client
    • Define, manage, and mitigate risks on projects, taking a proactive approach to solve any issues and manage as they arise
    • Provide clear administrative documentation of all projects
    • In-house production of smaller scale events 
    • Manage external vendors for events such as security, freelancers, staffing, cater, etc

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience Project Managing complex projects for product brands either in house or at a premier experiential marketing agency
    • 3+ years in event production 
    • 3+ years in Client Management 
    • Agency experienced is a plus 
    • Proficient written & grammar & concise communication skills
