Responsibilities

    • Define and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies
    • Lead generation: cold calling and door opening
    • Understand client’s requirements, brief the creative and strategic planning teams and pitch creative marketing strategies to clients
    • Sell online & traditional advertising spaces across all of HYPEBEAST's properties
    • Manage advertising campaigns, build proposals and customize ideas for clients
    • Work closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully manage and execute advertising campaigns from beginning to end
    • Proactively research and update yourself on new online sales marketing and digital trends and idea
    • Achieve individual sales and business targets

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of account servicing in digital or creative agency, marketing experience in fashion or relevant field
    • Familiar with fashion or youth culture is a must
    • A good presenter to introduce complex ideas to clients
    • Strong negotiation & PR skills
    • Must be based in New York
