Hypebeast is seeking a well-rounded Graphic Designer with a detailed eye and collaborative spirit to support the growth of our multi-brand e-commerce channel, HBX. In this role, you will sit amongst the HBX Creative Team to develop high-quality and captivating visuals across various channels. This role reports directly to our Content Production Manager. 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage the special projects, campaign designs, and execution of assets, typography, logos, icons, and interfaces for multiple platforms.
    • Provide design mockups or templates for online promotional campaigns, including marketing collaterals, advertisements, social media content, posters, flyers, or any branding artwork, etc.
    • Work closely and collaborate with the marketing and creative content team to develop visual assets for different campaigns/ usages.
    • Collaborate openly with various disciplines and teams to produce high standards of finished work in a timely and cost-effective manner, and extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
    • Understand the design challenges of individual projects and be able to provide creative solutions.
    • Able to solve problems with innovative solutions for websites, apps, digital activations, and other digital mediums.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in graphic design roles within a fashion environment. 
    • Degree holder in Fashion, Art or Graphic design, or related discipline.
    • Experience with design applications, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effect, Premier 
    • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
    • Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.
    • Strong ability to provide creative direction on fashion shoots’ presentations with an exceptional portfolio of digital or fashion-related designs.
    • Adaptive design eye and skill and know how to develop visual direction and concepts for marketing/ or larger campaigns.
    • Excellent communication skills and be able to work with other parties (e.g. photographers/stylists) on execution.
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Fashion-related background and understanding of street/ fashion culture and/or HYPEBEAST & HBX background is a plus.
    • Able to work under pressure and constructive feedback to meet tight deadlines.
