With the HBX e-commerce platform shipping to over 80 markets worldwide, it has a retail store in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Drive tangible and intangible revenue through client acquisition, retention, growth and satisfaction.
- Daily management of your assigned clients (mainly from the US market).
- Drive sales and maximize average deal size through offering knowledgeable and professional styling advice to clients.
- Execute loyalty program benefits to qualified clients, devise ways to surprise and delight clientele.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and re-engage lapsed clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry news and trends.
- Assist the management team in managing and reporting on your regional growth.
- Act as a business owner and positive brand advocate.
- Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments.
- Support reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks and duties.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working 1-2-1 with clients and nurturing relationships in a fashion retail environment.
- Experience working for e-commerce platforms is highly preferred; individuals with the desire to learn/possess knowledge of the climate will also be considered.
- Sales and target driven with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and street culture; understanding of the US market is a plus.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent eye for detail, good organisational skills and ability to take initiatives.
