Responsibilities:

    • Merchandise strategic planning
    • Build the merchandise roadmap of Hypegolf and Hypebeast private labels that drives innovation to the company and align to overall business growth opportunities.
    • Work closely with global creative director, HBX, project team, internal and external stakeholders, to align the project direction and increase the sales volume continuously.
    • Examine and report the previous sales data to plan the next collections.
    • Optimize sales margins across new sales channels.
    • Ensure that all relevant parties and key stakeholders are informed of product status from concept through launch.
    • Assist director reports with ongoing prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that crucial business initiatives are delivered.

    • Marketing development
    • Work on the marketing plan to ideate, plan and execute the go to market strategy to ensure good business performance for all the merchandise projects from the seeding plan to a retail business plan.
    • Manage social media accounts through the content creation for the private labels.

    • Expense / Cost management
    • Assist managing the budget, revenue forecasting, cost and inventory management with the internal project team.
    • Manage and report project expense, cost into the internal system.

Requirements:

    • 3+ years of working with fashion merchandising business, creative, marketing industry.
    • Bachelor degree in business or relevant field.
    • Good understanding of the fashion industry and culture.
    • Strong Portfolio of products and business development.
    • Good understanding of branding and marketing.
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
    • Have a thorough understanding of creative and branding.
    • Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.
