    • Know and understand the HYPEBEAST brand inside and out
    • Understand the landscape of contemporary youth culture – fashion, art, design + Research clients to create informed ideasIdeate content concepts and directional talent for both RFPs and proactive programs
    • Work across creative, editorial, sales and account management teams to build proposals ensuring all content deliverables align with the HYPEBEAST mission, client objectives, and budget
    • Utilizing data, insights and past campaign performance, strategize the lifecycle of an idea – taking it from concept to campaign
    • Strategize new and innovative ways to rollout content and get eyes on our work
    • Analyze content opportunities across platforms and competitors and recommend strategies, interactions or approaches
    • Focus on team and organizational needs - creating proactive opportunities to improve team communication and creativity
    • Communicate clearly with internal teams on project objectives and deliverables


    • Minimum of 3 years experience in creative strategy or planning role at a publisher, platform, creative agency, or similar
    • Able to develop concepts, products, and content that can sell
    • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams, prioritizing deliverables and deadlines, and have an understanding of content production and budgets
    • Ability to translate top-line concepts into campaigns and ideas
    • Ability to craft strategic content launches and build campaign rollouts
    • Ability to use data to justify campaign ideas create creative arguments
    • Ability to analyze past campaigns performance to create insights and develop new ideas
    • Ability to pitch your ideas in an easy and compelling way, both written and verbally to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to direct designers on how to illustrate ideas visually
    • Utilize data and briefs to inform creative decision making
    • Excited, passionate and knowledgeable about HYPEBEAST and its place in the youth culture landscape
    • Proficient in Keynote and have experience with Adobe design suite
