STATEMENT OF WORK
Statement of Work by and between HyperSpectral APD, LLC (“Company”) and Doug Masini, (“Consultant”). Except as expressly modified in this Statement of Work, the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Consulting Services (the “Agreement”) referenced above shall govern the relationship between Company and Consultant and the performance of Consultant’s work hereunder.
