Command E is building the fastest way to access all the information you rely on to do your job. Our product is a blazing fast search tool with a UI similar to Mac OS X's "Spotlight" but for all the apps and services you use at work - like Google Drive, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, LinkedIn, Intercom, Notion, Dropbox, Jira, Zendesk, etc.

In time, we're excited to add more interactivity into the product and power more robust workflow enhancements. We believe many of the UIs we all deal with day-to-day are too heavy and slow, introducing unnecessary friction and sapping productivity from knowledge workers everywhere. Command E lets you move as fast as your brain can.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the CEO to lead growth as the first business hire on our team. We have an early base of passionate users and you'll lead the charge in helping Command E grow rapidly and get our product in more people's hands. We're looking for someone who enjoys thinking from first principles, building from a blank canvas, and seeing everything you do through to completion. You'll enjoy this role if you like to operate across multiple disciplines including growth operations, business strategy & analytics, etc. 

Responsibilities:
-Lead strategy and execution for growing our user base across user acquisition and activation
-Identify and prioritize growth experiments to drive user acquisition
-Build internal processes and systems to power our go-to-market operations
-Generate reporting and insights across all areas of the business

We’re open to a variety of experiences, but this might be an especially strong fit if you: 
-have 2-4 years experience including time on an early growth team
-have strong project management and ruthless prioritization skills
-enjoy working with imperfect information and figuring out how to surface the next level of insight needed to progress
-context-switch comfortably and have strong analytical and organizational skills

We're mostly based in the Bay Area but open to candidates in US time zones so that it's easy for us to work together, and we're backed by top venture capital firms and angel investors. We want you to be able to focus on doing your best work - to that end, we fully cover health/dental coverage premiums along with a gym/health subsidy and whatever equipment/desk setup you want to be comfortable.
