We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution of our core product portfolio, the ICI Platform, and our Business Applications. Reporting to the GM of Product Marketing, you will lead a team of product marketers to develop compelling positioning for our portfolio and individual applications, be the expert on our multiple buyer personas and develop competitive intelligence and differentiation. The ideal candidate is a Product Marketing professional with a track record of bringing innovative B2B enterprise products to market by operating as connective tissue across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

This role will be based in Pune OR a remote location within India.

What you will do:

    • Drive multi-level product positioning, messaging and content development for the entire ICI portfolio including ICI Platform, business applications and AI capabilities.
    • Become an Icertis and Contract Intelligence expert - you should understand the product's capabilities as well as relevant market trends and competitive landscape, to develop value propositions for different stakeholders in the buying process.
    • Serve as a key partner to Product Management teams, and help them identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap
    • Own and execute key new product launches as well as key features and capabilities, including defining and classifying the various tiers of product and feature releases. 
    • Support Analyst Relations by providing inputs to Analyst RFIs, inquiries and briefings. 
    • Develop internal sales enablement content and training sessions ensuring relevant stakeholders understand product functionality and how to position to potential prospects
    • Ensure successful product release & launch communications as well as refine our ongoing marketing strategies and execution
    • Partner with various marketing and GTM teams including demand generation, brand, communications, partner and AR teams to ensure a streamlined marketing execution. 

What you will bring:

    • 10+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS
    • Expert in platform positioning and storytelling to customers, analysts, partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Experience with product messaging and content development of blogs, product demos, sales presentation material and other forms of content designed for external and internal consumption. Experience with Highspot a plus.
    • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
    • Proven success in launching products and features, and developing and executing product go-to-market plans for Enterprise customers.
    • Self-motivated and doesn't wait for prescriptive direction, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
    • Is comfortable working with international teams, particularly the U.S and with ability to travel as needed.
