What you will do:
- Drive execution of Icertis product implementations for strategic enterprise customers across industries in accordance with Icertis implementation methodology within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule, and effort; Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively addresses key implementation objectives;
- Lead Customer Project scoping sessions, estimate project efforts and duration and create Statements of Work;
- Conduct demo sessions with client to present the designed approaches and explain how each approach impacts end users;
- Drive requirement gathering, functional design, and work closely with Engineering;
- Quality Assurance and Support across multiple engagements;
- Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements;
- Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group;
- Contribute to ICERTIS product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience;
- and Mentor team members and guide them in design and configuration of ICI solutions.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Informational Technology/Systems or related field plus 5 years of related experience.
- 3 years of experience in the following: software development experience with Microsoft Technologies like .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server etc., Full lifecycle Enterprise SaaS application implementations as a functional consultant, Leadership roles in requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration;
- API Integrations between various ERP products like SAP, SFDC, Ariba, MS-Dynamics, etc.
- Design and execution of end to end system configuration and integration testing
- Define and document business requirements and solution design
- Hands-on system configuration and testing
- Position also requires certification in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
