Are you an experienced digital marketer looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Web Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the execution of our web marketing program delivering an exceptional user journey and experience.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for creating compelling web experiences and executing web marketing strategies, while also managing user journeys and conversion rates. You'll work closely with the marketing team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, and you'll oversee creating and executing campaigns to increase website traffic and engagement. You'll also be responsible for evaluating customer feedback and analytics to assess the performance of web marketing strategies. With your knowledge and expertise, you'll be able to identify opportunities to further improve the website and user experience and help us reach new customers.
As the Associate Web Marketing Manager, you'll be an integral part of the Digital Marketing & Creative team, helping to drive the success of the company. It's an exciting role that provides the chance to make a real difference.
What you will do:
- Create and manage compelling web experiences across marketing owned web properties
- Champion a web-first, digital marketing strategy across the marketing organization
- Drive Icertis' search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and execution
- Manage Icertis' web personalization strategy and implementation
- Create, manage, and implement A/B testing and optimization with a focus on journey flow and conversion across Icertis' different web properties
- Partner with the Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to leverage Icertis web properties as a lead generation tools
- Work closely with all website stakeholders to ensure content on the website is kept up to date
- Maintain the Icertis website and web marketing roadmap and project management
- Communicate effectively on project status, risks, and updates
- Translate business goals into effective website strategy and measure success through KPIs
- Leverage analytics tools to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage key metrics and reports within Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Keep abreast of the latest web marketing trends
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of digital marketing, web marketing or web management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Digital Marketing, Website Design, Website Development,
- Highly analytical with strong skills in extracting insight from data

Base Salary Compensation:
Min $ 105,000
Max $ 135,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
In addition to the base salary an annual target bonus and equity component is included in the compensation package.
