Account Based Marketing- Global Demand Programs Director

We have an exciting new role here at Ideagen, we are looking for a Gloabal Demand Programs Director who will be responsible for leading and enabling the ABM programs strategy at Ideagen, as well as creating, executing, and measuring demand generation and account based marketing programs that drive pipeline. They will coordinate a team of ABM Campaign Managers responsible for the development and execution of account-based demand generation campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

    • Develop ABM programs and KPIs, including account identification and research
    • Identify optimal value propositions, marketing messaging, assets, channels, and calls-to-action for strategic accounts and targeted personas
    • Coordinate development and execution of ABM campaigns targeting key accounts using Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing technology tools
    • Lead the development of ABM content hubs as well as playbooks, content templates, and processes to enable successful ABM campaigns across the organization
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to understand target accounts and develop personalised marketing campaigns
    • Analyze and report on program performance to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ABM and share insights with the broader marketing team
    • Mentor and develop the skills of the ABM Campaign Managers on the team


    • Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM, ideally in the software industry
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and dashboards to optimize marketing efforts
    • Experience managing a team and building processes to enable success
    • Excellent content writing and project management skills
    • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and ABM CMS tools is a plus
