To support Ideagen’ s acquisition strategy, we are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the implementation and tracking of the post-acquisition integration activity within all areas of the business, ensuring a smooth integration against timelines.
The role will support the Senior Programme Manager’s focus on delivering strategic objectives and overall programme management of the acquisition, alongside streamlining processes and governance frameworks to ensure smooth integration across all acquired businesses, helping facilitate a professional handover of the acquired organisation to the wider Ideagen business within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven, demonstrable experience in a project management role
- Demonstrable Experience of delivering multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to lead meetings with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable understanding of a Project Management framework
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage workload
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to apply a commercial awareness within a Project environment – maintain a holistic view of how decisions made within a Project impact the wider business
Knowledge & Experiences
