As an ABM Data and Insights Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to inform and support the marketing efforts of our ABM team. You will conduct data-driven research to inform marketing strategy and decision-making, identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to inform campaigns and initiatives, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness. You will also collaborate across the organisation to ensure that data is being leveraged effectively to support campaign and program goals and identify and implement new tools and technologies to support data-driven marketing efforts.
 

Key responsibilities include:

    • Conducting data-driven research on specific accounts, industries, and markets, and identifying opportunities to inform marketing strategy and decision-making
    • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights in data to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness
    • Collaborating with key stakeholders and broader teams to ensure that data is being leveraged effectively to support campaign and program goals
    • Identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to support data-driven marketing efforts
    • Utilising data enrichment tools and other solutions to address information gaps
    • Use data to segment the target audience and create detailed personas that represent different segments
    • Customer journey mapping: analyse customer behavior data to understand the various touchpoints and interactions that customers have with the company, and using this information to optimize the customer journey
    • Marketing performance measurement and optimisation: Using data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and to optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights

Qualifications

    • Strong background in data analysis and the ability to analyse data effectively and identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategy.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio to create visualizations and dashboards that communicate data-driven insights.
    • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
