The Role

We are looking for a VP of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and successful delivery of innovative products that meet market needs, drive revenue growth, and maintain competitive advantage of iDeals. Leading our Product Management team, you will contribute to go-to-market strategy, and work closely with other teams on scaling our business. 

You will report directly to the CEO and as a vital member of the Executive Leadership Team, define the broader business strategy, coach your colleagues on product management, and challenge decisions from a product perspective. What You Will Do

    • Define and execute product strategy for 1-3 years aligned with the company’s vision and business strategy
    • Hire, develop, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, Content Designers, and others under your report
    • Introduce new approaches, tools and upskill the team to deliver more impactful results across opportunity discovery, solution development, and go-to-market activities
    • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to optimize product development processes for timely, high-quality product roadmap delivery
    • Own and oversee product roadmap delivery at scale
    • Track and evolve business metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements in business KPIs through product changes, such as Lead-to-Sales conversions, LTV, NPS, etc
    • Lead the evolution of customer experience and continuous UX and UI improvements
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams on market research, surveys and user feedback to find insights while contributing to go-to-market strategy
    • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally

What We Look For

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in software companies with 3+ years leading a product management team, driving product strategy across multiple cycles within the same or several products
    • 3+ years experience in the collaboration technology niche, focusing on virtual data rooms (VDR), document and content management systems
    • Solid technical (engineering) background and a deep understanding of agile methodologies to drive product development in a dynamic scale-up environment
    • Deep understanding of SaaS business and proven success in B2B product initiatives and leadership roles
    • Ability to hire, develop and motivate high-performing teams toward ambitious goals
    • Understanding of main product process artifacts and prioritization approaches to build and optimize them for product goals
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities to support hypothesis-driven product decisions, market research and user behavior analysis
    • Experience defining, planning, and delivering product roadmap, coordinating resources to overcome bottlenecks in a dynamic scale-up environment
    • Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple functional areas with demonstrated strong capabilities in communicating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams
    • Deep understanding of UI/UX patterns, usability heuristics, and a strong passion for developing great user experience
    • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Web (Electronic) Technology
    • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)

Nice To Have

    • Understanding of M&A, fundraising, investment, and other financial operations 
    • Understanding of modern security and privacy compliance policies and certifications (e.g. SOC 2, Zero Trust, HIPPA, GDPR)
    • Knowledge of SQL or similar language
    • Advanced proficiency in Ukrainian to build trust with Ukraine-based team
