The Role

iDeals Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we are seeking a result-driven Senior Sales Enablement Specialist.

We are seeking a strategically-minded, proactive individual who can deeply understand the intricacies of our product and the needs of our customers and market. In this role, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation on product features and develop and deliver impactful learning activities. By equipping our Sales team with essential knowledge and resources, you will play a crucial role in driving our rapid global expansion.

What You Will Do

    • Develop and implement a global product enablement strategy for all sales teams, including Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
    • Create and maintain comprehensive sales product knowledge, including user guides and FAQs
    • Translate technical product features into informative and engaging sales communications
    • Create online and in-person training on product features and functionality to enable teams to successfully demo the platform
    • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams
    • Design, execute, and enhance product-focused enablement programs and resources
    • Maintain and enhance knowledge-sharing systems, sales collateral, and assets to ensure real-time access to up-to-date information on product features and services
    • Assess product enablement needs and manage feedback loops by partnering with internal stakeholders across departments
    • Manage enablement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
    • Regularly analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify differentiation opportunities

What We Look For

    • 3+ years of a proven background in Product Enablement, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations within a B2B tech organization (SaaS environment would be a plus)
    • Proficiency in English (C1+), both verbal and written
    • Experience delivering end-to-end product training and creating and maintaining a product knowledge base
    • Accomplished project management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex information into engaging sales materials
    • Passion for sharing your knowledge and motivating others + training skills
