The Role

As part of our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, we rely on a streamlined data recording and shipping process to provide our clients with a frictionless experience worldwide. We are seeking a meticulous Customer Support Assistant / Flash Drive Shipping Assistant to join our London hub and play a vital role in managing these critical operations from our London hub.

In this role, your attention to detail and reliability will directly impact the seamless execution of client data recording on flash drives and the prompt, accurate delivery of these orders through our express courier service. You will work closely with the Customer Support Team to ensure all requirements are met.

You will also collaborate with 3 Data Recording Specialists, a Lead, and the Internal IT Support Teams.  Your tech-savvy proficiency and flawless execution will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for superior client service as a stand-alone team member in our remote environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8/9 am to 4/5 pm.

Location: rented office room in London.

What You Will Do

    • Process and accurately record flash drive orders within specified time frames
    • Perform quality checks to ensure data relevance and prepare certificates
    • Prepare parcels with flash drives, arrange courier service, and control shipments on behalf of DHL or FedEx
    • Manage stock replenishment of blank flash drives and stationery
    • Provide office management and administrative support (equipment setup, ordering supplies)
    • Continuously improve the flash drive order process through optimization
    • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Team

What We Look For

    • Fluent English proficiency (C1-C2 Level)
    • Eligibility for legal employment in the United Kingdom (citizenship or relevant visa status)
    • Advanced skills in MS Windows and Adobe Acrobat
    • Experience with request processing tools such as ticketing systems and CRMs
    • Proficiency with office technology (printers, DVD-RW, Wi-Fi routers)
    • Minor software/hardware troubleshooting
    • Readiness to perform routine tasks with a high sense of responsibility
    • Ability to respond promptly to requests and accurately follow instructions
    • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to scrupulous work
    • High self-discipline, autonomy, and self-management

Nice To Have

    • Previous administrative or delivery organization experience
    • Experience with 7-Zip, WinRAR
£18,000 - £30,000 a year
