BOSS Revolution is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is either a college student or a recent graduate with a passion for social media and a knack for engaging online audiences. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and to contribute to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Community Management: Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and escalate customer inquiries to the appropriate team.
    • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Share insights with the team to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
    • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
    • Analytics: Assist in tracking social media metrics and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as customer support and product development, to align social media activities with broader company goals.
    • Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team, helping to brainstorm new content concepts and campaigns.

Qualifications:

    • Education: Current college student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    • Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of how to engage audiences effectively.
    • Creativity: Ability to generate creative content ideas and contribute to the development of engaging social media campaigns, like producing your own videos
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
    • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team and take direction from senior team members.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in content creation and community management.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and company priorities.
