Requirements:

    • High School diploma
    • One year of experience in a field technician support role is preferred
    • Comfortable around technology
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule
    • Effective problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users to troubleshoot and find solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and deliver results, meet deadlines, and meet targets
    • Ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing ladders, lifting and moving up to 75 lbs, reaching, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
$25 - $26 an hour
