IDT is seeking a Lead Software Quality Engineer. We are seeking a self-motivated Quality Engineer to manage and guarantee quality. The ideal candidate should possess an agile mindset, have experience coordinating QA engineers, hands-on experience with C# automation, and a background in manual testing within complex solutions test frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Automate test cases using C# and Selenium and incorporate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Create and execute test cases for front-end applications (Web-UI).
- Enhance testing processes and automation strategies.
- Establish effective, reliable, and intelligent test coverage.
- Coordinate product deliveries and releases from a QA perspective.
- Supervise the work of two QA engineers in the scrum team.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and manage testing activities.
- Review software bug reports and highlight problem areas.
- Identify operational areas that could benefit from automation.
Required Skills:
- Experience in test automation for Web UI and API using C#.
- Ability to define the test and automation strategy, testing processes, test automation goals, and setup quality gates.
- Practical skills in incorporating test automation into CI/CD (with tools such as Jenkins, Git, AWS, K8S, Docker).
- Excellent understanding of architectural styles and patterns, programming principles, and coding standards.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and standards.
- Familiarity with Oracle and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in English – B2 or higher.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Amazon services SQS, SNS, and S3.
- Experience in microservices and transactions testing.
- Understanding and ability to implement performance and load testing (JMeter, K6, Grafana).
