TPM will be responsible for overseeing the development and integration of  features and redundant and scalable infrastructure into our Unite platform, aligning product strategy with the company's business goals, and managing a team of developers.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Define and articulate product vision and user stories that ensure developer clarity and focus during implementation.
- Proven experience managing and leading software development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including architecture, optimization, and security practices, to ensure the Unite platform operates efficiently and reliably at scale.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within scope.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on the Unite platform and business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and insight to the development team, assisting in solving complex technical challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

    • The ideal candidate has a robust background in managing and optimizing fault-tolerant and high-availability systems within a UCaaS platform environment.
    • Significant hands-on experience with real-time communication, VoIP, and similar products.
    • Deep understanding of the above systems, including their configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for high availability.
    • Strategic mindset, capable of devising and executing plans to ensure the stability and resilience of large-scale, real-time communication systems.
    • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to ensure system stability and resilience, handling the complexity of large-scale, real-time communication systems.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of accurately managing projects according to story points, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
    • Ability to lead and mentor a technical team, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, is essential.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities, are crucial for success in this role.
    • Nice to have - experience with key technologies such as Asterisk, Kamailio, Redis, Kafka, and other relevant technologies.
