IDT is seeking a motivated person to join the Technology Risk and Compliance team. In this role, you will be an active member of the team helping to identify and reduce technology risks utilizing various techniques and working with multiple teams within Technology to execute these principles. You will be responsible for managing ongoing compliance programs and coordinating periodic external audits within Technology.
Technology Risk and Compliance helps ensure IDT remains compliant with relevant laws, compliance frameworks, regulations and best practices. We oversee technology risk strategy; governance, policies and standards; compliance monitoring and reporting. We manage audit exercises for the company as well as any remediation and optimization projects related to compliance.
As an IT compliance analyst, you will:
- Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Create effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Work with technology teams to identify risks and execute optimization and remediation plans
- Help to build our GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) processes and tools.
- Coordinate external audit interviews and deliverables.

- Experience in JIRA.
- Experience with audit and compliance frameworks such as PCI, GDPR, SOC, SOC2 etc.
- Excellent level of English (C1 or higher).
