Money Transfer Activation and Implementation Support

- Support the sales force during post-sales efforts with MT’s Account Activation, setup, and training.
- Coordinate field visits to retail agents in the designated territory (including equipment deployment and set-up)
- Interact with the Help Desk and Tier 3 Support teams from the field, as well as compliance Dept., Treasury, and Credit management.
-Back-end operations to support IDT retail Sales distribution channel.
-Tech Support for software and hardware, Equipment training for the rams and support, Application Process, compliance, coordinate “Help” escalation, BP/MT Processing & Fulfilment and implementation and Installation support, system maintenance and update, Zoho CRM, TeamViewer, Adobe Pro, Google Chrome, Excel.
-Zoho updates and management tool.
-Help with other operations activities(training agenda, support, inventory, etc.)

Required Skills:

    • Proficient in Office and Operating systems (windows, android)
    • Google Apps (Sheet, Drive, Forms, Etc.)
    • Attention to details
    • Team player/builder
    • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
    • At least 2-4 years of College preferred (Management, Business, IT)
    • Great Personal Skills
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English
