We are looking for a Middle Automation QA Engineer to join the Net2Phone Unite Platform team, which develops Core and Back-End parts of applications for corporate call centers/enterprise calling plans.
As a part of the Platform team, you will work in the international team, testing full product, API’s, real calls and work with SIP/VoIP technologies.
Net2phone product is a large complex system with a lot of components inside and with complex logic of interaction between them. The QA team also needs to take care of all integrations within Net2Phone family products.
As AQA Engineer in our Team you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated CRUD and e2e API tests for backend services.
- Automate e2e Calls tests for application.
- Active participation in execution reviews and problems investigations.
- Conduct thorough release and regression testing to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
- Actively participate in scrum team activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document identified defects in Jira, manage the lifecycle of tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with the development team and the product owner to understand requirements and provide feedback.
We would like to see:
- Proven 2+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer in Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java theory above you daily routine.
- Experience implementation automating tests with different optimizations.
- Has understanding how tests are integrated into CI/CD.
- Understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and tools.
- Understanding of REST API and how to test it.
- Good level of English – A2 or higher.
Nice to have:
- You already work with CRUD API automation cases.
- You know how to build a Jenkins pipeline.
- Have an experience to work with complicated object comparison.
- Have an experience with stream API in Java.
- Have an experience with Splunk logs.
- SIP/VoIP knowledge is a plus but not required.
